Spiced Baked Peaches!

Follow Little Island Studios on Instagram!

This super easy go-to dessert just screams autumn deliciousness!  Pick out some beautiful plump peaches in the market and make this to please even the pickiest kiddos!  These baked spiced peaches are even perfect for brunch or quick breakfast before school - oats, grass fed butter and spice - they are everything nice!

Ingredients -

Peaches - We always recommend organic - 6
Instant Oats - We use Bob's Red Mill - 1.5 cups
Pumpkin Spice - 3 teas
Ceylon Cinnamon - 1/2 teas
Grass Fed butter - 6 oz -  room temp

Preheat Oven or Countertop Oven to 350 degrees
Rinse and slice peaches in half and remove stone.
Place upright on baking sheet or skillet
Mix together butter, oats, spices, and maple syrup.
Spoon generously on top of peaches.

My Notes -

This is such a great project for the kids to help with!
Measuring, Mixing and Spooning the Ingredients is for all ages!

We bake in a Wolf Gourmet Countertop Oven and couldn't recommend more!  It bakes with exact perfection!

Food Matters - We choose organic peaches and non-irradiated spices like Frontier Co-op Spices.

Our Staub skillet was purchased from Williams Sonoma

This is not a sponsored post.  This is what we eat and the ingredients we eat!  The Wolf Gourmet Oven was a previous sponsored post - Roasted Lime Chicken & Shrimp if you would like to read about it!  Yes, it's one of my most favorite things in the kitchen!
