Good morning, lovelies!  We wanted to say happy, happy weekend and not to forget a healthy breakfast!  Food matters!


We are a bit obsessed with oats lately and making them several times a week.   So healthy - add some yummy toppings and viola - breakfast bliss!

Almonds
Blackberries
Bananas
Pecans
Lemon Water with Cayenne Pepper (I use Frontier Spices) 
Grapefruit
Organic Coffee (check out TOMS Roasted Coffee and give back clean water!)

this is definitely breakfast bliss! I love all those berries and the freshly made juice - and then top it off with an oaty serving, yum! I'm excited for berry season coming soon!
