Magic Soap?

A quick post today, partly because I am  busy and partly because I am a little embarrassed, that I hadn't heard of this product before now.

My hands for quite a few years now, have been so dry especially in the colder months. They crack and bleed...yes, it's disgusting and I'm quite sure you don't want to hear about it. So I have become a soap connoisseur. I thought I had tried all soaps out there (No, really)...and if  something was that good, I would know about it.  Apparently Not.

Ok, here it is Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap, it is pure castile soap. I heard about this soap through various organic and green websites. It has apparently been around for quite a while! I am not sure why, but I thought it had to be mixed with something to make it "sudsy".  Again, I am not sure why I thought that.  I bought a bottle to write a blog post on making your own soap...ummmm...it's already made, LOL.  I have no idea why is not more widely know, (is it and I just didn't know?) Are we just buying what we see commercials for?  That is not a good idea!  The soap is Fair Trade and organic...there is no uckies in it..anywhere!

I rinsed out an old liquid hand soap bottle, filled it with the castile soap.  You only need a tiny bit.  Once and a while the spout gets a little clogged and I just put a toothpick in it to unclog it. If you are not a liquid soap person, the bar soap is equally amazing.  My hands feel clean and tingly. It is the most amazing soap...EVER!  My hands cleared up with in twenty four hours! Seriously, if I had known what it would do...I would have taken before and after pictures!  I have NO idea if it works like this for everyone, but seeing the results myself...it is worth a try!  It would have been super had I know about  it a LONG time ago!

The best price I have found  is Bed Bath and Beyond for $9.99 and if you use a 20% coupon...$7.99 for a large 32 ounce!  Also, available on Amazon  They have a couple different kinds, I bought the peppermint.  They also have a baby one, I'll be trying next.

Just a note...Target now carries it..it does cost a little more though. (thank you for your comments)

I was NOT paid or provided with the products.  I just wanted to share them with you.
Making a difference!

So, IS it magic? You know...I think it just might be ;)

Do YOU know about this?  Do you use it?

I have never tried it but I was line at target yesterday and the woman in front of me had it. I'm not sure what their prices are though. I've been using Arbonne's lotion these last few winters on my hands and it's awesome.

Have a great day!

Better late than never I always say, and reading the Dr. Bronners' labels will give you something to do in your spare time. I would venture a guess that the only ex- or present-day Hippie who does not know Dr. Bonners now has dementia. (we all used it, hehehe.) Yes, this grandmother has used her share of Dr.Bronners, but don't forget to check out their minerals and other fine products as well.

I found you from the Alexa hop and am now a happy follower. Check me out, too.

Love,
Me

Hi, I'm stopping by from Relax and Surf and am a new follower. I hope you'll be able to stop by soon. I appreciate all follow backs :)

I have tried Dr. Bronner's - it's great for many things. I've hand washed delicates and even scrubbed my floor with it. There's literally tons of uses. EO also makes a great organic cleaner, you should try them sometime.
