Raw Cashew Veggie Dip!

We are so pleased to collaborate with Stonyfield for this yummy post!

We just love this veggie dip for the holidays and it comes guilt-free - the more the merrier! There is no reason to lose taste while maintaining healthy choices during the holidays and this healthy dip makes for a spectacular way to start off the New Year!  This amazing raw cashew dip is full of flax seed oil, carrots, beets and Stonyfield Organic Greek Yogurt for extra awesomeness!
We always choose Stonyfield Organic Greek in whole milk plain -
no added sugar, just plain goodness!

Ingredients -

3/4 cup of raw cashews - make sure they are raw
1 whole organic lemon - all the juice (& the zest makes for gorgeous topping)
Sea Salt - a pinch
Pepper - 2 cranks of freshly ground pepper
Cayenne Pepper - tiny pinch (add more if you like the heat)
Turmeric - 1 1/2 teas
Flax Seed Oil - 1 tablespoon and more if needed
Hemp Seeds - 1 tablespoon
Chia Seeds - 2 teas
Lemon Thyme - 2-3 fresh sprigs
Squeeze of fresh orange
2 cups of - carrots and beets - a mix of both is great

We used purple carrots and yellow beets in the picture.
If you would like a darker more purply color dip - use a red beet instead.

Blend together in a high powered blender - we use Vitamix

Top with fresh lemon thyme, chia seeds or an extra dollop of Stonyfield!

My Notes -

I use organic and non-irradiated spices.
I use Organic Greek and Grass Fed Stonyfield Yogurt - we like whole milk and no sugar.  Stonyfield Greek Yogurt is excellent for replacing sour cream on top of your chili or black bean soup, mayo and a variety of other toppings and parfaits!

Slice raw beets, carrots, apples, cauliflower, cucumbers and other veggies to use to dip!

Celebrate the holidays with healthy foods, great friends and family and a spectacular cup of coffee!  For the holidays we are using Krups Coffee Maker - please see our InstaStories for our caffeine adventures!

This post is in collaboration with Stonyfield. Opinions are mine (and that of my family).  We buy Stonyfield yogurts weekly - sponsored or not!
