Re-Think One Pot Mac & Cheese Tuna Casserole!


We are teaming up with Stonyfield and Barlean's to bring to you quite possibly the easiest go-to dinner you'll make this week!



Ingredients - 

Pasta - your choice in noodle size or shape - 15 oz
Stonyfield Grass Fed Yogurt - plain or Stonyfield Greek Yogurt works swimmingly, as well - 1 cup
Barlean's Super Seed Mix (Chia, Coconut & Flax!) - 1/2 cup (more for topping and preferences)
Veggies - we used a bag and 1/2 of frozen organic mix
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Garlic - 1 clove, finely diced
Coconut Oil - we used Barlean's
Tuna - wild caught - 2 cans

Cook - 

Heat oven to 350 degrees
Cook pasta according to directions and set aside in bowl
Heat pan to medium and add in large tablespoon of coconut oil
Add-in spices and garlic.
Add-in veggies
Cook until done

Add-in pasta into veggie mix.  
Mix-in Stonyfield Grass Fed plain yogurt (or Greek Yogurt)
Now mix-in your Barlean's Chia Mix
Mix-in 2 cans of wild caught tuna

Top with extra veggies and / or veggies.

Enjoy for a super quick yet healthy dinner!

I do a similar version of this recipe with rice. I am excited to try your version with the Stonyfield yogurt.
