I made the most amazing dinner the other night and just have to share - the perfect dinner to welcome spring in!

Grab a bottle of  Tessemae's Zesty Ranch Dressing (no, not sponsored), a dutch oven and as many chicken breasts as you need and marinate for two hours.  Use just enough to let the chicken sit in it.  Flip them over to make sure both sides are covered.

Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Add pink sea salt, fresh ground pepper to the chicken and cook about 35 minutes or until done.

While your chicken is cooking.  Add a bag of frozen organic baby peas to a skillet, 2 teas of rosemary, pink sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste and 2 cloves of fresh garlic chopped up and saute.

Add to the top of your cooked chicken and top with a dash of left-over Tessemae's dressing in the bottom of the dutch oven.

Such an easy meal and absolutely amazing!  Happy Spring, Lovelies!

I use organic and free-range chicken only.    To cut down on cost, try the dark meat, it is less expensive, delicious and still organic (of course).

This is not a sponsored post.  I fell in love with Tessemae's dressings whilst traveling in DC / Maryland.  Simple ingredients and oh, so yummy.  If the lovelies at Tessemae's see this and feel like they would like to send me some extras...YES!  ;)

This looks delightful! Have you ever tried cooking with English peas? I've seen them but never tried them.

Sorry I didn't get a chance to see you before you left DC. I hope you are enjoying your new location.
