What's Your Healthy? With Fitness Magazine & Aetna! #AetnaMyHealthy

What's Your Healthy?  

That is the question being asked by Aetna and Fitness Magazine.

If you read my posts often, you will know that good health starts with real food.  If you start with real food you feel good and if you feel good, exercising and being fit all come together and is one-in-the-same.  Parents, live by example - Cook together, Eat together and Exercise together. 

So this week do a bit of Food Education (learning the value of real food is a daily learning opportunity) and join Fitness Magazine for some fun and prizes at the Twitter party Thursday!  Tweet you there!
