Turmeric Baked Potato Slices!

If you are looking for something new, easy but healthy - try baked potato slices with with turmeric!

Organic potatoes, turmeric, olive oil, sea salt & freshly ground pepper!

Peel and slice four cups of potatoes.  Place in bowl and coat with olive oil and turmeric - I started with around 1/2 cup of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of turmeric.  Sea Salt and Pepper to preference.  I personally like quite a bit of turmeric - it's super healthy and quite tasty!  But, you choose how spicy and tasty you want it to be. ;) 

Place coated potato slices in roasting pan!  I love this one I got on clearance at Sur la Table!   Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until done.

Make a bit extra to snack on the next day whilst your lovely husband is at work!  ;D

I haven't tried turmeric but I do a similar recipe with fresh rosemary.

These potatoes sound delicious! I've never tried turmeric either but I would be willing to try! Rosemary sounds good too.
