Rock The Lunch Box With Greek Yogurt Tuna Salad! #RockTheLunchBox

Thank you for stopping by little island studios, please subscribe by email to follow along in family fun!

I am so pleased to be a part of Rock The Lunch Box Campaign - with Stonyfield Organics, Annie's Homegrown, Organic Valley and Honest Kids!  We are inspiring moms with ideas getting back to healthy lunches at school!  Enjoy!

Start with a fun bento and add organic, non-GMO ingredients and viola - Spectacular Lunches you and your kids will love!

Pink Elephant Bento makes for the perfect lunch accessory & fits perfectly, along with Stonyfield yo-kids yogurt, Annie's Cheddar Bunnies, Honest Kids drink and Organic Valley Cheese Stick in our Monkey Lunch Bag!

Wee Elephants!

Peeling the orange, cutting up the cheese stick makes it easy peasy for kids!  Of course, if they like to peel the orange - wash, dry and plop it in their tote!

Aww!  Love fun lunches!

Making the Greek Yogurt Tuna Salad -

Mix two cans of wild caught tuna together with 3/4 cup of Stonyfield Plain Greek Yogurt, one tablespoon of turmeric mustard and two tablespoons of finely diced red onion and a dash of freshly ground pepper!
Make your sandwiches (we use barley sprouted bread) and then use any fun cookie cutter you have and viola - FUN LUNCH! (and a healthy one too)
Add fresh fruit
Annie's Organic Bunnies, Stonyfield Yo-Kids Yogurt,
Honest Kids Organic Juice and on Organic Valley Cheese Stick!

Check out Rock The Lunch Box for more fun recipes, ideas and coupons!!

My notes:

Freeze your pouch of Honest Drink and use that to keep your goodies cold until lunchtime!

In addition to our fabulous foodie sponsors - Huge thank yous to iPlay / Green Sprouts our fabulous Bento Lunch Accessories Sponsor!  To find out where to purchase their products, check out their website!

Adding a tiny envelope/note in the lunch tote telling your littles to have a fun day or I love you - is sure to make them smile :)

Wee Elephant Cookie Cutter is from Sur La Table  (it was $1.00!)

This is a sponsored post.  Opinions and fun lunches are all mine.
