Thank you for stopping by little island studios, please subscribe by email to follow along in family fun!

Today's post is sponsored by the NFRA ( National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Association)!

Frozen and refrigerated veggies, dairy and fruits are absolute staples at my house!  All of my summer smoothies start with a package of frozen organic fruit - frozen at the peak of the season and available at my convenience when I need it!  My refrigerated foods are the same way - organic Greek yogurts, cheese, goat milk and organic whole milk are must-haves.

My Notes:

As always, whether fresh, refrigerated or frozen I always buy organic / NON-GMO foods.

always have my freezer stocked with frozen organic veggies and fruits for quick add-ins or easier (read: faster) dinners.  And frozen fruit in a smoothie is a summer absolute.  Try frozen cranberries, raspberries and blackberries...ahhh!  Happy Summer to you!

This is a sponsored post.  Opinions and delicious smoothies and pancakes are all mine.
