My idea of a fun birthday celebration is playing with my kids, reading my new lovely cookbooks and baking! Last week - my birthday week - I had so many people ask me what was I going to do? And was I eating out? Um, noooo! Cooking with fresh and delicious ingredients is one of my most absolute favorite things to do. So, for my birthday lunch I made bacon goat cheese quesadillas with my new Greek yogurt aioli sauce recipe. Delish & happy birthday to me indeed! :D My birthday cupcakes are not to be missed, so check back later this week for Chocolate Cinnamon Cupcakes! Woot!
Perrier, Greek Yogurt Aioli Sauce, Fresh Fruit & Bacon Quesadillas - the perfect birthday lunch!
Easy Peasy Recipe:
Goat Cheese, Greek Yogurt Aioli Sauce, Sea Salt, Provolone, Shallots, Bacon (organic of course), Sprouted Torts & Sea Salt and Pepper grilled on medium heat and flipped over for two minutes using olive oil.
Outstanding Greek Yogurt Aioli Sauce!
5.3 oz Stonyfield Organic Greek Yogurt Plain
1 large/medium organic lemon (using zest & juice)
3 Cloves of Garlic (smaller cloves)
Raw Wild Honey
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Mince your garlic super small. Mix Garlic, Greek Yogurt, Juice from half of your lemon, 3 teas of lemon zest, 2 heaping teas of Raw Honey, Sea Salt and Ground Pepper to taste (I use loads!)
Cooking is subjective to personal taste so taste and add additional amounts of your preference.
The Greek Yogurt Aioli Sauce is slightly addicting - dip for extra!
Little Ones love them too!

Lovely little bowl and towel are from Anthropologie - my new latest obsession.
This is not a sponsored post. I am a Stonyfield ambassador - however, this is my post and I bought all ingredients! However, if Anthropologie is reading this and would like to send me little birthday lovelies...cool! :D
