Chocolate Cinnamon Cupcakes!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Unbleached Unbrominated Flour (King Arthur is my fav)
3 heaping tablespoons of cocoa
2 teas baking powder (no aluminum)
3 teas Siagon Cinnamon

5 oz of Stonyfield Greek Yogurt - Plain
1 large organic brown egg
5 oz brown sugar

6 oz Whole Organic Milk with Cream on Top

Icing Ingredients:

8 oz of Cream Cheese or Neufchatel Cheese (use cream cheese for less of a twang)
1 1/2 cups Organic Powdered Sugar
1 tbs of Salted Caramel Syrup
3 oz of melted dark chocolate
1 tbs of slightly warm - strong French coffee

All natural coloring sprinkles -  I use Williams-Sonoma
My notes:

Almost all ingredients were purchased at Williams-Sonoma and Whole Foods, the powdered sugar I always buy at Trader Joe's for about half the price of everyone else - yay!

This is not a sponsored post.  I am a Stonyfield Ambassador, so of course I am partial to their delicious  yogurt.  However, these are my birthday yummies I wanted to share with you.  I paid for all ingredients myself :)

Comments

Did you actually have a recipe for this before you started or did you make it up along the way? These are some of my very favorite flavors but I would never have been clever enough to put it all together like this. Sounds yummy! Hope your birthday was awesome :-)
