Kids love mac and cheese and making it homemade and healthy, moms love it too!
Putting your mac and cheese in cute parchment cups makes a great Valentine treat!
1 package of pasta - whatever shape your kids like.
8 oz of extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup of Stonyfield Organic Greek Yogurt
3 slices of barley bread
1 package of Pacific brand mushroom soup
fresh ground pepper to taste
1 large can of tuna in water (optional)
While you cook your pasta. Shred your cheese. Toast barley bread and then whizz through the blender or food processor (for crumbs). Drain pasta when ready. Add cheese to drained pasta and melt. Add mushroom soup. Add Greek yogurt. Add your bread crumbs. Then add your tuna (optional). Pepper to taste. Let warm for a few minutes and enjoy! If you are serving in ramekins or parchment cups, bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes and top with a touch of parm cheese.
Tiny ramekin makes it fun for kids. Obviously.
Photographing food is fun for kids!
So nice of little one to leave a binky in place of the orange.
I am part of the Stonyfield Organic Yogurt Clean Plates and Yo-Getters Clubs. Opinions are my own and I buy Stonyfield either way.

So funny, I can just see little one with the orange over mouth instead of binky!
