Baked Apples, Cinnamon & Cranberries!

It is November and time to think about Thanksgiving!  Cranberries are in the market now and is there anything that says Autumn and Thanksgiving more than roasting apples, cinnamon and cranberries?  The sight and smell is absolutely intoxicating!  Try it and see! :)

Place apples, cranberries and sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and/or add cinnamon sticks (we did both) to your roasting pan bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until you can pierce easily with fork.

Cool for a minute then enjoy any way you choose...one of our favourite ways is putting ingredients (not the cinnamon sticks) in food processor for a spin (just a second, leave chunky), and add to homemade organic ice cream or organic yogurt!! Ahhhh.....Happy Autumn, Lovelies!
