Pineapple Chicken Wraps

We had this the other day and it was so yummy, I thought I'd share!(the recipe that is, you'll have to make your own :) It is super easy and fast!

These are the basic ingredients, add whatever your family likes.

About 2 lbs free range chicken
1 can of pineapple in it's own juice
2 cans organic black beans-add some jalapenos when heating in pan
corn
sharp cheddar cheese-grated
whole wheat torts
fresh homemade salsa

At 350 degrees, bake chicken in baking pan, covering it with a can of diced pineapple. Cover.

Bake about 40 minutes (until done depending on your oven)

Warm up the torts in oven the last 10 minutes of the chicken baking (make sure you cover the torts so they stay soft)

Easy- once chicken is baked, fill your torts with everything, the juices from the salsa and the pineapple make all the difference!

Add a side dish of orzo pasta!

Ahhhh,  absolutely fabulous and ohhh so tropical!
